Common questions

Can we trial it on one or two team members first?

Yes. Buy at the £29 individual rate. When ready to roll out, the £29 spends count as credit on a Tier 1 or Tier 2 team order placed within 30 days.

What if a team member's photos aren't great?

Each Tier 2 and Tier 3 seat includes a likeness guarantee. We re-run within 24 hours at no extra cost. Tier 1 re-runs are £10/seat.

Can we white-label this for our agency's clients?

For 50+ seats per month, yes. We can build a co-branded delivery flow and partner dashboard. Email partnerships@ with monthly volume.

Do you store the selfies?

For 30 days only. After 30 days all source selfies are deleted from R2. Final headshots retained per admin preference.

We're regulated - can compliance review your DPA?

Yes. Email partnerships@ for a pre-signed DPA + redline-friendly DOCX. We respond to redlines within 48 hours.

Payment methods?

5-25 seats: Stripe Checkout. 10+ seats: Stripe Invoice with Bacs/wire transfer. 100+ seats: PO with negotiable terms.

Where are images stored?

Cloudflare R2, EU region by default. UK-only routing on request.

Can a team member opt out?

Of course. We don't generate headshots without each member uploading their own selfies.
