Clear, practical support if your Profyle order is not right.

7-day refund promise: if Profyle cannot produce usable professional headshots from suitable uploaded photos, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will either try to put it right or refund you.

When you can ask for help or a refund

When we may ask for a redo first

AI headshots depend on the upload set. If the issue is caused by very poor, blurry, obstructed, heavily filtered, or unsuitable source photos, we may ask for replacement uploads and run a redo before refunding.

How to request support

Email hello@pro-fyle.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Include the email address used for your order and a short note explaining the problem.
